CompanyGuard uses public Companies House data. It does not file documents or replace professional judgement.

What you can verify

A result you can trace back to Companies House

When a supported company status changes between available source snapshots, the action inbox records the before-and-after value, source link and retrieval time. You can open that source before deciding what to do. If the source is unavailable, CompanyGuard shows the gap instead of creating a change alert.

The screenshots below use demonstration data. Try the interactive demo to inspect the workflow; it is not evidence of a customer outcome.

Built with customer input

CompanyGuard is being actively developed

Email is the available notification channel today. We plan to add more ways to receive useful updates, including browser notifications, SMS and selected messaging platforms. These channels are roadmap items, not currently available features.

Registered practice owners can submit ideas and vote on a shared wishlist so development priorities reflect real workflow needs.

From list to action

One review workflow instead of repeated company-by-company checks

  1. 1

    Import the portfolio

Paste company numbers or upload a labelled CSV. Existing entries and duplicates are reported clearly.

  2. 2

    Refresh official sources

CompanyGuard records source health, retrieval time and successive Companies House evidence before comparing supported changes.

  3. 3

    Review what needs action

Filter one inbox by severity, change type and company, open the source, then mark the item reviewed.

Evidence before inference

Inspect the source behind the conclusion

Every supported result carries a Companies House source, retrieval time and source status. An unavailable source cannot create a material-change alert.

When identity-verification evidence is absent or inconsistent, CompanyGuard shows UNKNOWN. It does not silently turn missing data into a compliance conclusion.

A focused review layer

Replace repeated checks with a portfolio-level review trail

Review need Repeated manual checks CompanyGuard
Portfolio priority Search and reconcile each company separately One inbox ordered by severity
What changed Compare current records yourself Supported before-and-after changes are recorded
Source confidence Record source and check time manually Source link, health and retrieval time stay beside the result
Review history Maintain a separate note or spreadsheet Reviewed actions remain in the audit trail

One action inbox

Urgent deadlines, source failures, material changes and available identity evidence appear in one review queue.

Deterministic changes

Repeated identical refreshes do not create duplicate change alerts, and a source failure is kept separate from a real change.

Fast portfolio onboarding

Paste company numbers or import a labelled CSV, then export the current portfolio when you need a local working copy.
